RiT Technologies Releases Version 3.0 of the EPV Real-Time Cabling Management Solution
TEL AVIV, Israel, April 5, 2011/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RiT Technologies (NASDAQ: RITT) today announced that it has released
version 3.0 of the EPV(TM), its real-time appliance-based cabling management
solution. Simple to install and even simpler to use, the EPV is a
'plug-n-play' system that delivers a continuously up-to-date, real-time
picture of the cabling infrastructure with no need for the deployment of
additional software or servers.
The features introduced in EPV's Version 3.0 make it even more efficient
while enhancing its security:
- Extensive alert capabilities
- Expanded database backup and restore
- Support of multiple browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google
Chrome)
- Automatic identification of patch panels, including the panel type
- Multi-user support
