The new business entity, led by CEO Michael Lustig, is the result of two mergers within the past year when BroadSource, Inc. merged with Ohio-based Integrated Mobile, and the combined entity later merged with Texas-based Movero Technology, Inc. The new company, Movero, Inc., is headquartered in Atlanta, and maintains offices in Ohio and Texas.
