TeleSemana will be creating a Spanish-language Light Reading Channel on its site, where its editors will translate important news analysis, research and opinions about telecom business and technology issues that directly affect the Latin American market. The Light Reading Channel is scheduled to be available starting Oct. 10. Featured on this channel will be content from Pyramid Research, which is part of the Light Reading Communications Network and covers Latin America with Spanish-speaking analysts who are experts on telecom market growth analysis and service provider best practices in emerging markets.  In addition, Pyramid Research and Heavy Reading will conduct joint research programs with TeleSemana over its audience that will result in reports on hot technology topics and webinars that are produced by TeleSemana with presentations by Pyramid analysts.

"We're extremely happy to be partnering with TeleSemana, which is a leading voice in the Latin American telecom media landscape," said Joseph Braue, EVP/Group Director for the LRCN. "TeleSemana's Spanish-speaking telecom audience will now be able to access the minds of our Latin America Pyramid Research analyst team on the TeleSemana site and via the webinars."

In a globalized telecom environment, media websites need to be able to balance local insight and international trends," said Juan Gimenez, Marketing Director for TeleSemana.com.
