Selection of Altair's LTE Technology for Harris' Commercial LTE Solutions Reinforces Company's Position as Leading Supplier of LTE Chipsets

announced that its chipsets have been selected by Harris Corporation, an
international communications and information technology company, for use in
its Public Safety LTE terminal products, including the recently announced
MBC-100. By maximizing the benefits of LTE, Altair's chipsets will allow
Harris to provide best-in-class LTE terminals to public safety customers.

    Harris and Altair have been working closely for several months in the
design, IOT and trialing of terminals based on Altair chipsets. Harris
selected Altair's chipsets after an extensive benchmark and evaluation of
alternative solutions in the market.

    Altair's FourGee-3100/6200 is a 3GPP LTE chipset that supports LTE

20MHz MIMO receiver and is based on a proprietary OsquaredP(TM) Software
Defined Radio (SDR) processor
