GREE and Gameloft Join Forces to Develop "Gang Domination" on the New GREE Platform

BURLINGAME, California, February 21, 2012/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --

In great anticipation for the upcoming launch of the borderless GREE Platform between
April and June 2012, Gameloft, a leading worldwide digital and social game publisher and
GREE have announced a partnership to release the new title Gang Domination. As a new
social game offered for download in English and Japanese, Gang Domination will be made
available on various smartphone devices this coming June, 2012.

As a mob-themed card game offering a brand new experience for the GREE Platform, the
title will allow players to cooperate and battle each other as they try to form the most
powerful gang. Gameloft has already proven its expertise in games of this genre through
its "Gangstar" franchise with the latest installment, Gangstar Rio, placing among the Top
10 Grossing apps on the App Store.

"Social card games are considered the most popular social games in Japan. 'Gang
Domination' will be Gameloft's first social card game, and we're thrilled to work on this
project with a leading player in this market such as GREE," stated Michel Guillemot,
President and founder of Gameloft.

"I am very happy to be able to provide a new "Gangs" game of Gameloft, which has
strong track record with its "Gangstar" licence. We hope the game will take full advantage
of our 190 million users worldwide on our platform. "stated Yoshikazu Tanaka, Founder and
Chief Executive Officer of GREE.
