Brightstar and Teleplan Come Together to Provide an Integrated After Market Solution for OEMs in Brazil

         Joint Venture Targets an Improved Consumer Experience through Faster Return
                          to Market of Serviced Mobile Products

Brazil. This agreement will combine the capabilities of the two companies to create a
world-class solution with an end-to-end integrated aftermarket supply chain servicing
leading manufacturers and their mobile ecosystem.

      malfunctioning device being received from the consumer to the moment a repaired device
      is returned to the consumer

      that drives cost reductions for the OEMs, operators and customers
    - Peace of mind, knowing all of their aftermarket issues are handled in a manner
      that reflects positively on their brand, with full protection of the intellectual
      property and consumer privacy
