ReadyTalk Relocates Denver Headquarters and Doubles Space to Support Growth in Business

New building to better meet the needs of the audio and web conferencing provider and its customers

DENVER, March 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ReadyTalk today announced that the company will relocate its Denver headquarters to support continued growth of its audio and web conferencing business.  The company, which is a leading provider of audio and web conferencing and webinar services, will remain in Denver but move to 1900 Sixteenth Street where it will occupy two floors.

ReadyTalk, which is currently located at 1598 Wynkoop, has experienced tremendous growth during the past 11 years. The company currently employs 140 people and plans to expand to nearly 200 employees by the end of the year.

"Moving to a new location enables us to better serve our customers by giving us the space to hire additional talent and provide employees with a unique, modern workspace," said Dan King, CEO, ReadyTalk. "Staying in the LoDo-area was extremely important to us. Colorado continues to grow as a national tech hub and LoDo is at the heart of that, making it a convenient location for attracting talent from across the region--from Colorado Springs, Boulder and throughout Denver."

"Colorado currently ranks third in the nation for the highest concentration of high tech jobs," said Steve Foster, president, Colorado Technology Association. "Colorado is an attractive place to start a technology company for a couple of reasons: a simplified income tax structure, and tax credits given to startups that create jobs."

1900 Sixteenth Street is a new high-rise office building in downtown Denver. It is a signature part of Denver's Union Station redevelopment project and adjacent to the 16th Street pedestrian mall. The building has achieved Gold Certification through the U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC's) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Core and Shell (LEED-CS) certification program.

"We wanted a building that supported our commitment to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact," said King. "More importantly, we want our employees to have access to public transportation, bike trails and other amenities; this location provides that and more."

ReadyTalk has been recognized nationally as a top employer and workplace - accolades that stem from the company's unique culture, which puts customers first while ensuring employees have a supportive environment and positive work-life balance.

ReadyTalk is scheduled to move at the end of March, following the completion of construction on the space. Updates on the move including photos and renderings will be available on the ReadyTalk blog, http://www.readytalk.com/blog/.
