Eemax Introduces High-Capacity 600v Delta Units for Emergency Eye/Face and Drench Shower Applications
OXFORD, Conn., March 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Eemax, Inc., (http://www.eemax.com), the market leader in commercial, industrial, and residential electric tankless water heaters, has developed a new line of high-capacity twelve module 600v Delta Units for emergency eye/face and drench shower applications. With an energy-saving design that delivers high-powered results, the Eemax 600v Delta Units meet ANSI Z358.1 tepid water requirements (65 degrees - 90 degrees F) 25GPM. They are equipped with microprocessing thermostat accuracy (+/- 1 degree F) with built-in over-temp protection. The units are easily installed at the point of use with no neutral leg required. Each model features a flow switch that activates the heater only on demand so there is continuous hot water and no standby heat loss, making them 99% energy efficient.
Emergency showers and eyewash stations provide on-the-spot decontamination. They allow workers to flush away hazardous substances that can cause injury.
