WASHINGTON, April 30, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Spear, Inc. today announced the company has partnered with Dell to become an authorized federal reseller of Dell IT solutions. The partnership directly supports Spear's commitment to delivering innovative and cost-effective IT solutions to its federal clients.
