ORSYP Extends Reach of Performance & Capacity Management to Include Extra IT Resources

New Sysload release centralizes monitoring and analysis of IT resource utilization

PARIS and BOSTON, April 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ORSYP, a leading provider of IT Operations Management software and services, today announced the availability of a new version of its innovative performance and capacity management tool. ORSYP has extended Sysload to offer new functionality that will enable organizations to model and analyze the performance of any of their IT infrastructure resources and applications.

Today's IT Operations teams are too heavily reliant on in-house scripts, customizations and a mix of other utility tools to monitor the performance of their enterprise systems. Not only are these tools cumbersome to use and time consuming to maintain; they also fail to provide the information needed when growing IT services. Sysload offers users a new design studio in which they can map the monitoring of IT resources, infrastructure components and applications that are unique to their environment.  As a result users can benefit from using Sysload's powerful analytics and reporting features to build a complete picture of performance and IT resource utilization for their IT landscape.

Sysload's new feature also provides a structured framework for organizing and deploying scripts, with an aim to produce performance indicators specific to technological and business activities. With this new capability IT teams can now centralize, manage versions and deploy existing monitoring scripts. This standardization decreases operational risks and enables economies of scale. By exploiting Sysload's distributed architecture, extensibility and capacity scalability are assured.

"These new Sysload features allow users to simply and industrially integrate their own performance metrics. For monitoring teams who need to adapt their service catalog to closely match internal and external client requests, Sysload is the answer. Development and maintenance work is shortened, making this must-have functionality for the monitoring tool team," concludes Yann Guernion, ORSYP Product Marketing Manager.
