Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation now operating as Ubiquity Corporation - To reflect the Expansion of its Strategic focus to Patent and Software Licensing and Development, Digital Media and Social Platforms.

IRVINE, Calif., June 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation is changing its corporate name to Ubiquity Corporation reflecting the expansion of its core business from traditional broadcasting to intellectual property (IP) and software licensing and the continued development of it's digital content studios. Incorporated in these three areas, Ubiquity is also focusing on the development of key digital social media platforms based on its in house Intellectual Property namely the patents and trademarks.
