Agency Announces Signings of Nick "Tasteless" Plott and Counter Logic Gaming
LAS VEGAS, June 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- eSports Management Group, LLC (eMG) today announces the launch of a global, full service management organization that provides exclusive services to professional gamers. eMG's primary services include professional gamer representation, marketing, sales, event management and corporate consulting.
The eSports industry has experienced rapid growth as streams of live matches are receiving record setting viewership, players are reaching celebrity status, and live events are selling out. With this explosion of user and consumer interest, major sponsors are recognizing the value associated with marketing and advertising within the eSports industry. To best capitalize on this interest, eMG will leverage years of proven agency deal-making experience to create new revenue streams for our clients.
eMG is founded by Brian Balsbaugh, who since 1998 has negotiated thousands of sponsorships in golf and poker. "There are tremendous similarities to the current eSports industry and poker in 2003.
