Verizon Wireless is Bringing the Power of Its 4G LTE Network to Manhattan, Junction City, Wamego

MANHATTAN, Kan., July 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon Wireless today announced it is bringing the nation's largest 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) network to Manhattan, Junction City, and Wamego, Kan., on July 19.  With the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network, customers can enjoy the best experience in wireless data usage when they use their 4G LTE wireless devices in Manhattan to surf the Web, stream music and video, take advantage of thousands of applications, and stay in touch with family and friends, all with speeds up to 10 times faster than before.             

When Verizon Wireless turns on its 4G LTE network in Manhattan, Junction City and Wamego, customers who live in or visit these areas will have access to the nation's fastest 4G network. This includes areas including the Kansas State University campus and Fort Riley.
