MN-based stationery and greeting card leader acquires TX-based provider of personalized business greeting cards
NORTH MANKATO, Minn., July 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Taylor Corporation and its affiliate The Occasions Group announced today it has reached an agreement to acquire CardsDirect of Dallas, TX, becoming part of The Occasions Group business unit. CardsDirect will continue to carry its brand name, website and offering in the market place.
