EdgeAccess Video Visitation Unveiled at Florida Sheriff's Association Conference in Kissimmee, FL
KISSIMMEE, Fla., July 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- EdgeAccess, a leading developer and integrator of VoIP Technologies, is pleased to unveil its NEW VoiceWise Video Visitation Product Set for the Correctional Industry at the Florida Sheriff's Association (FSA) 2012 Summer Conference in Kissimmee, Florida.
Following a June 26(th) announcement and the continued success of ongoing trials, EdgeAccess is demonstrating its four-component VoiceWise Video Visitation System at FSA's Conference. At the heart of this solution is EdgeAccess' premier VoiceWise Server, responsible for routing and authentication; the Video Visitation Recorder, records and stores both inmate and visitor sessions; tamper-resistant Visitation Stations (configurable as an Inmate or Visitor Client Station, which is available with two handsets for two simultaneous visitors); and the Monitoring Station used by correctional staff monitoring scheduled visitations. Additionally, EdgeAccess offers a unique industry option - the Edge Power Free (EPF) Module, which eliminates the need to run separate electrical outlets to power the visitation stations.
"EdgeAccess is excited about the unveiling of its VoiceWise Video Visitation System and even further elated about the sneak preview of its Virtual Visitation component which can also be seen here at the Conference," says Rob Veschi, President & CEO of EdgeAccess. The FSA Summer Conference, which started Sunday, July 29(th) has already generated great interest. Rob Veschi added, "If attending the conference, visit EdgeAccess at Booths #238, 240 and/or the outside Mobile Video Visitation Demo Unit." Rob Veschi further said, "I'd like to personally invite each and every attendee to stop by and experience the technology in person."
