MBC Deploys Complete M2Touch Production Line for Multi-Touch
KOLBERMOOR, Germany, September 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
Molden Media [http://www.moldenmedia.com ] announced today that MBC has successfully
deployed the complete M2Touch product line for their Dubai based, Al Arabiya news network.
"It used to be that presenters where framed with lower thirds and have little floating
graphics over their shoulder." Says Fadi Radi, Graphics Senior Manager, MBC. "Now they are
able to control graphics and supporting content; greatly enhancing the flow of the
presentation. The M2Touch product line powers our entire multi-touch workflow, from
creation to interaction."
On set, MBC is using two 103" Molden Media touch screens
[http://www.moldenmedia.com/m2touch ] in their Al Arabiya studio. Presenters use it as a
daily part of the their News programing. The M2Touch Gateway translates touch commands
from the presenters into the MBC Vizrt graphics systems.
MBC designers use the M2Touch Plugins for Vizrt to create advanced interactive
graphics. These scenes are built and updated without scripting or tedious programing.
