Windows Optimization Program Doubles the Speed of Data Transactions

MAUMEE, Ohio, Sept. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Buckeye System Research (BSR) announced RegSwfit.  RegSwift is a Windows program.  The program optimizes Windows to execute online data transactions 2 to 4 times faster.

This capability while having benefits for the individual user has major impact on the organizations that operate both private and public database applications.

There are thousands of organizations today that depend on either proprietary or commercial online  database programs.  The applications range from stock trading, catalog services, to eCommerce transactions.

Network managers are constantly working to improve the performance and capacity of their systems.  Currently the choices are limited to expanding bandwidth, increasing server capacities, and improving communication software.  All this requires time and money.  If the system currently supports 10,000 transactions per minute to increase to 20,000 transaction per minute requires upgrading bandwidth capacity and additional hardware, both expensive.  With RegSwift installed on all the client PCs, capacity is immediately doubled with no changes to bandwidth or adding additional hardware.

The techniques to achieve this result has been known for some time.  Tune the Window Registry to efficiently compact and send data packets over the network.  To do this is a difficult and time consuming process.  For over 2 ½ years BSR performed the meticulous research and testing procedures on thousands of individual Registry entries to determine the best settings and values to assembly and transmit data packets efficiently.  Months have been devoted to testing. All results indicate a minimum increase in throughput of 100%.

RegSwift will be licensed exclusively to organizations for deployment to their user base of Window Systems.  License pricing will range from $2,500 to $100,000 depending on the number of Window systems supported.  The License is renewed annually for approximately 30% of the initial fee, this includes a constant flow of updates and improvements.  The technology is available immediately.

BSR was founded by Brian K. Meeker in August 2009.   Buckeye Systems Research is headquartered in Maumee, Ohio.
