IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sperry Van Ness® International Corporation, a commercial real estate brokerage franchisor, announced today that it is producing and conducting a major national online real estate and loan auction comprised of over $180 million in single assets and portfolios located coast to coast.
Aimed at companies, banks, REITs and institutional owners who want to clear their books by year's end, this auction features over 100 quality and income producing properties, including multi-family, retail, office, industrial, hospitality and specialty use assets and loans. All assets are listed with aggressively published opening or minimum bids, and most will be auctioned with no hidden reserves.
Reflecting Sperry Van Ness' commitment to the spirit of collaboration and cooperation for the client's benefit, there is only a 2.5 percent buyer's premium and all listing fees are shared with buy side brokers 50/50.
