"Microsoft is thrilled to be working with GameSalad and welcome its passionate community of over 400,000 developers to the Windows 8 platform," said Microsoft executive John Gilmour.  "By making it easy to create and publish games optimized for the Windows Store, GameSalad developers now have access to a powerful distribution channel with unprecedented global reach across more than 200 markets."
