Samsung Further Expands After-market Services to Teleplan

Samsung (Horizon Line) Set-top Boxes are Serviced by Teleplan
Samsung, the global leader in semiconductor, telecommunications, digital media and
digital convergence technologies, has chosen Teleplan to manage the entire after-market
services of its set-top box line "Horizon

entertainment platform which will transform the way customers watch TV and enjoy
multimedia content.
Samsung, together with Liberty Global, indicated that Teleplan's geographical service
network, technical knowledge of servicing set-top boxes and service quality were the
catalysts of the selection. The already proven relationship with Teleplan in the service
area of Samsung's mobile and smartphone segment was another driving force in the
decision-making process. "An innovative product like our Horizon set-top box goes hand in
hand with first-in-class, innovative after-market services guaranteeing our customers
