ConnectWise unveils enhanced community forums based on Telligent social platform

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ConnectWise, developer of the leading service management software designed exclusively for IT service providers, VARS, ISVs and MSPs, today unveiled new and enhanced forums based on the Telligent Community platform. The upgrade provides better overall functionality and features, making them easier to use, more interactive and more powerful. Telligent Community adds social context and relevancy to the ConnectWise site, integration with popular social networks including Facebook and Twitter, and social capabilities such as blogging, friending and following.

Telligent's platform on the ConnectWise Forums provides a vibrant arena for partners to interact, share and collaborate with one another. Enhanced features include improved organization for easier searching and sorting and a mail gateway email connector that enables users to receive and reply to new forum threads directly from their inbox.  Users will also have the ability to subscribe to selected threads and opt into daily digest emails.

Functions in the new Telligent-based Discussion Forums include media galleries, so members can add media to forum threads, personal favorites for easy navigation, and a sleeker design.
