CGI Americas Introduces Advanced Test System For F/A Printed Circuit Assemblies
SANTA ANA, Calif., Oct. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CGI Americas is pleased to announce the introduction of the Newly Nhecker first article test system for PCB assemblies. This is a revolutionary breakthrough in performance and cost. The Newly Nhecker has been developed for prototype, high mix/low volume, and pre-production applications as well as component revision verification and production changeovers.

The Test Program Generator (TPG) software automates the programming function so that even untrained operators can use the system.
The Newly N=1 Checker does high speed automatic impedance measurement for both resistance and capacitance combined with a visual inspection system to verify component type, orientation, text, and angle, as well presence and absence.
Verification is simple and the system automatically records all data which can then be exported to user database and process control software programs.
