With acquisition, TOTSY grows to five million members and expands daily deal offerings

As a result of the acquisition, TOTSY will be adding the selection of high quality daily offers Mamasource members already enjoy to the great products and discounts offered on TOTSY every day. TOTSY will add over two million moms to its existing base, expanding TOTSY's membership to approximately five million members total. TOTSY will also integrate Mamasource's existing national vendor relationships and other fixed assets.
TOTSY will continue to partner with Mamapedia, which will continue to exist as a separate entity, and its MamaCares property for ongoing cross-promotional activities.
