VINCI Strengthens Its Leadership in Education Technology for Young Children with ClubVINCI

Executives to present at CES 2014, Showcasing the Power of Converging Education and Technology for Early and Primary Education

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., Jan. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- VINCI Education, home of award-winning VINCI Blended Learning solutions, continues to bolster its leadership in early and primary education with the announcement of ClubVINCI, a trans-media mobile learning platform where children ages 3 to 8 years old can play and interact with each other at home while following the award winning VINCI Curriculum, and parents can track each child's progress with the VINCI Learning Management System.

ClubVINCI is the latest innovation from VINCI Education and is designed as a home solution, in parallel to ClassVINCI, the blended learning solution for schools. ClubVINCI will be accessible from all major mobile platforms which are iOS, Android and Windows. For a monthly subscription, ClubVINCI takes children through a learning journey simulating real life experiences that children may have at the zoo or the museum. Children can develop their personalized avatars which can interact with other players and can explore different learning areas such as an Insectarium, a Farmland, a Safari Park, a Robot Factory or a Dinosaur Museum. In each of the learning areas, a series of activities enable children to learn math, language, science and social studies. VINCI will be showing a prototype of ClubVINCI at the 2014 International CES in Las Vegas this week.

"We wanted to offer a variety of play-based learning experiences for children at home with the same underlying structure as our ClassVINCI offering so children can continue to engage and progress their skills beyond the classroom setting," said Dr. Dan Yang, creator of VINCI and a pioneer in blended learning for early and primary education. "ClubVINCI focuses on social skills building and open-ended play, while following a Common Core guided learning structure. Like ClassVINCI, it is connected to VINCI's Learning Management System so parents can monitor their children's progress."

VINCI executives will present children's educational technology and personalized curriculum at Mommy Tech Summit and TransformingEDU during the 2014 International CES. Kamar Shah, chief marketing officer at VINCI Education, will join panelists at Mommy Tech Summit January 8 to discuss "Tablets, Glasses, Watches, 2(nd) Screens and other Personalized Mobile Gadgets." Shah will elaborate on how gadgets can be adopted as an education tool to help children "Race to the Top."

Integrated learning systems are becoming smarter by using gaming, accelerated intervention, adaptive intelligence, visual and auditory tools and data to serve a variety of student needs and outcomes. Dr. Yang will discuss systems and software that assess, adapt, match and predict to meet student needs on a panel, titled "Getting Personal: Curriculum for One," January 9 at TransformingEDU.

Recently, VINCI Education announced partnerships with the National Alliance of Black School Educators and the National Association of Elementary School Principals to support greater integration of blended learning in educating children from PK to Grade 3, solidifying the company's position as a leader in preventing the academic achievement gap through the adoption of technological tools.
