The Electronic Cigarette Company celebrates six years in business next month. Founded
in 2008, it was one of the first e cig companies to open shop in the UK.
But how has this small e-cig company, based in Blackburn managed to maintain it's
footing in what has become such a highly competitive market? How has The Electronic
Cigarette Company (TECC) survived six years and still be thriving?
According to Neil Pritchard, the General Manager, the key elements are having an
understanding of your customers' needs and not being afraid of their feedback.
He said "We were one of the original e cigarette companies in the UK so we know this
business inside out, and we care about our customers. We don't rush them, as we understand
that switching to e cigarettes is a big decision and it's not one taken lightly. It's a
complete change of habit and we take the time to support this. Be it finding the right
device, trouble-shooting problems or calling our customers back to find out how they are
getting on. Plus, we don't tend to leap onto the latest trends, we watch and see where the
market is going and then source products that are right for our customers. I guess in the
end it all boils down to good old fashioned customer care."
