Carlsbad health-tech company innovates ultimate activity-tracking device
CARLSBAD, Calif., June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Forever pushing the limits of employee-facing health-tech software, Carlsbad-based Sonic Boom Wellness has developed a revolutionary activity-tracking device - which debuts this month on a national scale. Frustrated by the shortcomings of activity trackers currently on the market, the fresh-thinking corporate-wellness company decided to develop its own - one that lives up to its unparalleled standards for accuracy, reliability, and unprecedented functionality.

It also functions as a smartwatch, displaying the current time, date, and local weather - and members can even receive phone calls and text notifications if they choose.

With two-way messaging, employers can now communicate with employees by sending short messages and surveys directly to their wrists - and members can respond directly from their Boomerangs.
