Gamucci Launches New Scientific Products Division to Lead e-Cig Industry in Innovation and Quality

The Gamucci Corporation Ltd today announced the creation of a new Scientific Products
Division and the appointment of Adrian Marshall as Divisional CEO. It has been established
to set the benchmark for innovation and quality in the electronic cigarette industry and
to ensure Gamucci products meet future regulatory requirements.

Adrian has a strong background and reputation in the tobacco and nicotine product
sectors. He has previously held a number of senior roles with the British American Tobacco
Group, including Director of BAT's Global Harm Reduction Programme, Managing Director of
its nicotine products business Nicoventures Ltd, Group Head of Regulation and Corporate &
Social Responsibility and Vice President Sales & Marketing in Japan.

that receive Marketing Authorisation from the Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory
Agency (MHRA) in the UK and other regulatory authorities in the EU and elsewhere. As an
