The First Innovation Conference of Turing Robot Held in China National Convention Center on July 28, 2016
BEIJING, July 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The first Innovation Conference of Turing Robot was held in China National Convention Center on July 28, 2016. Thousands of audience from media, business partners and other AI and robotic experts attended to view the technical break-through of Turing Robot.
After a short review of the achievements Turing Robot made for the first half of 2016, Yu Zhichen, CEO of Turing Robot released an updated version of his robot operating system: Turing OS Version 1.5, with an added visual ability to the former edition. As an intelligent robot operating system built on the basis of simulating thinking mode and emotional recognition of human beings, Turing OS provides natural and friendly multimode human-machine interaction methods for robots companies. It contains a thinking enhancement engine, an affective computing engine and a self-learning engine. The new version endowed the robots with an upgraded user experience in human-machine interaction, giving customers one more good reason to purchase robots for their family.
Then comes the highlight of the conference: the official launching of Turing Robot Application Project. Besides the official applications including Robots' Chatting, Automatic Camera, Robots Singing and English Read-after, the platform is totally free and open to developers to build their won apps on and Weather Report, Dictionary and Music Playlist were taken for a start. This way, robots can be more capable in replacing humans of what they do, and do even better in the future.
Last but not least, Turing Robot AI Service Platform also made a great progress in its core technology, including initiative interaction, emotional model, visual ability and so on, which greatly improve the interaction ability of robots, and willings of users to chat with their robots.
