As a spokesperson for Instant Data Centers (IDC) noted, they recently acquired Elliptical Mobile Solutions, LLC (EMS) as well as their entire product line. Instant Data Centers' majority owners, Managed Admin, LLC, acquired the assets from a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy that EMS filed in January, 2015.
"Managed Admin has transferred all of the patents of Elliptical Mobile Solutions to their name and licensed them exclusively to IDC, of which IDC is already manufacturing the products," the spokesperson said, adding that Instant Data Centers is pleased to be able to continue to fully service the existing EMS customers, as well as fulfill pending orders and provide new customers with highly efficient data center solutions.
