SouthernLINC Wireless Introduces New Service Plans and Motorola Phones

The new Unlimited Cellular Advantage plan is ideal for the on-the-go user who needs it all. This comprehensive wireless plan bundles unlimited private and group Push To Talk (PTT) minutes, unlimited cellular minutes, unlimited text messaging and unlimited data - including access to BlackBerry e-mail - for $99.99 per month across the SouthernLINC Wireless Regional Calling Area.
The Push To Talk & More suite of plans offers a variety of choices based upon how - and how much - customers use their phones. These 10 new plans provide more minutes for the same price as previously offered plans. Three types of plans are available - PTT and text messaging only, PTT and cellular only, and PTT, text messaging and cellular. Push To Talk & More plans start at $29.99 per month. Plans priced $39.99 and higher include unlimited PTT, unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling, text messaging, nationwide long distance, and unlimited night and weekend minutes.

Three new Motorola phones - the Brute(TM) i680, the i890 and the Clutch(TM) i465 Graphite - are now available from SouthernLINC Wireless. All models feature the carrier's premier Push To Talk (PTT) two-way radio service, which facilitates immediate, reliable and private communications.

The Motorola Brute i680 is a rubberized, water-resistant flip phone that is Military Spec 810F certified for blowing rain, dust, shock vibration, temperature extremes, low pressure, salt fog, humidity and solar radiation. Loud audio and dual microphones with enhanced noise canceling help keep conversations clear in noisy environments. Equipped with a variety of features, including stereo Bluetooth®, instant message-style texting, a 2-megapixel camera with zoom and media player enhancements, the Brute i680 is as versatile as it is durable.
The Brute i680 also supports up to an eight gigabyte micro SD memory card and is preloaded with LINCaround, which enables users to manually transfer their phones to an off network two-way radio communication mode. Depending on site conditions, LINCaround gives users in remote areas radio-to-radio PTT coverage within a six-mile radius.
A slim and stylish flip phone with multimedia functionality, the Motorola i890 features dual color displays, stereo Bluetooth technology, touch screen controls, enhanced text messaging, stereo MP3 player and an integrated 2-megapixel camera with video. The i890 supports up to an 8 GB micro SD memory card and is mobile Web capable.
The Motorola Clutch i465, the first Motorola Integrated Digital Enhanced Network (iDEN) device to combine the power of PTT and the convenience of a QWERTY keyboard, is now available in a new color - graphite.
With a familiar candy-bar design and military-tough durability, the Clutch i465 Graphite blends function and style into a compact package. Despite its size, this phone features a large color display screen, shortcut buttons, Bluetooth technology, an integrated 0.3-megapixel camera with zoom, mobile Web accessibility and specially designed keys that make texting and POP3 or Internet e-mailing easy.
All three new Motorola phones have GPS capabilities, vibracall, speakerphone, voice activated dialing and voice record. With required data access, use the PTT Manager feature to send messages, pictures, events, My Info contents and contact information via the Push To Talk button.
