Teliris Announces the First-Ever Panoramic Telepresence Solution for the Desktop to Deliver Fluid, Immersive Group Meeting Experience to Single Users
New Product Features Unique Curved Display Design, That Replicates The Natural, Intuitive Experience of a Full Telepresence Room
LAS VEGAS, June 9 -- Teliris (http://www.teliris.com), the world's most widely deployed fully managed telepresence and collaboration solutions, today announced the first-ever panoramic telepresence solution that extends a natural, intuitive experience to the desktop by seamlessly wrapping group meeting environments around single participants reliably and securely.
The Teliris NanoEX Telepresence(TM) solution leverages a curved display design featuring Teliris' patented eye-contact accuracy technology, creating a fluid meeting experience across all participants.
Delivering a unique multipoint experience with continuous presence or a voice-switched option to accommodate large meetings, the fully managed solution is easy-to-use and allows for a lightweight, efficient deployment.
"Every Teliris solution is specifically designed to ensure true immersion no matter its size - from big rooms to small form factor systems," said Marc Trachtenberg, Teliris CEO and Co-Founder. "This new solution with its innovative design does just that - it delivers a scaled, organic feeling of being in the room down to the desktop. The result is an even deeper level of flexible working practices for companies all over the world."
Teliris NanoEX Telepresence is compatible with the full line of Teliris Telepresence solutions and interoperates with any traditional videoconferencing or telepresence system. In-room presentation sharing and viewing is also supported through laptop integration or the addition of a separate Teliris InterACT Presentation(TM) screen.
Teliris NanoEX Telepresence will be generally available in September 2010.
