New Supreme Court Judge

We've got a new douche for the Supreme Court that happens to be 50 years old! When does my generation get a say in the legal system? Hopefully this 'younger' judge will give some fresh judgements.

I have no idea who this guy is.

Is he one of the ones that's going to make stem cell research impossible?

He's not nearly as old as some of the other judges, and he has some young children, but he is still working under the confidence of Dubya, so I don't know how much faith I have in him.

The good thing about having a 50 year old is that he might not be a racist/sexist/whatever old codger who is afraid of the changes in the world and just wants those annoying homosexuals to stop being on his television!

The bad thing is that whatever agenda this guy wants to promote other than just upholding the constitution and the other laws of the land, he'll be a supreme court judge for about 70 more years!

Also, since he doesn't have one foot in the grave like the other judges, he's more likely to try and stop those pesky scientists from saving people with stem cell research.
