Well I have been trying to add the time of my server to my website, and I have, but my server is, I think, EST -4:00, and I need it to be CST -6:00. I can get the date easy enough using what I got off php.net:

$today = date("F j, Y, g:i a");

How do I set the time zone?

$today = date("F j, Y, g:i a",time()-(3600*2));

I expanded the second term to let you know. 3600 seconds in one hour, 2 hours off.
