All styles are messed up

I'm going to go through all the styles this weekend to fix some major problems. If you don't have the font installed, it defaults to the wrong font type (oops). IE: Times New Roman goes to Sans-Serif! I'll be changing around some fonts to make the site more readable.

and some fonts are way too small in konqueror (especially the "Welcome <user>. You have <...>PMs" etc.)

I'll be fixing these issues.
