Options to disable comments at ASEville

I will be including options to disable comments for Album images and such at ASEville...

Well, just album images for now. The reason is that most use an album image in another post anyway... no reason to double post it. The commentable option will be left off at default. All current posts will remain.

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!
