I just want everyone to know that I ate at a Chinese buffet and for desert had a bowl of sprinkles and an ice cream cone.

Thought you should know. They were rainbow sprinkles, but they were still good.

Most vegetables have sufficient amounts of protein, as well as less fat than meat. You can also take supplements if you need to (although if you eat enough, you shouldn't have to)

Certain types of beans, as well.

If I'm not (at the moment) eating some sort of vitamin/protein/mineral, then I do have vitamins, minerals, and protein powders just to add to things.

I've never been a big fan of beef... I'll eat small burgers and meat balls (but only when they're in my mom's special sauce).
I do like pork, chicken, and fish though. I love seafood. My dad's birthday is in a few days so we're gonna go to some steak and seafood place. Everyone but me will probably be getting steak.

But I mean, no meat is one thing, but no milk, cheese, eggs - I just cannot imagine that.

In the end, the pro-vegetarian/vegan arguments are invalid because plants live no less. They exist nontheless since we have more similarity and thus more understanding/pity for animals than plants.

Some vegans still eat eggs because they're unfertilized but they won't use milk because it's 'stealing' from the calf.

That depends on the vegan. My mother is vegan because of how cruel the animal harvesting industries are (and they're pretty damn horrible). And most non-fad vegans are so because of the cruelty or for health reasons, not because they feel that eating eggs or drinking milk is stealing from the animal, nor that what they're eating is alive.

Plants are treated much more humanely, if you will, than animals (both those meant for meat and those for milk and eggs). So, no, I don't think the argument is invalid.
