MTV's The Real World

Are they still showing this series? Here in Germany they were showing not too long ago the one from Key West, I think... I remember the first series that was in New York, and the one from San Francisco that was very controversial. But the last ones that I saw here, were kinds boring. Which was that one that the guy was slapping the girl that was sick and left the house? I think it was the one from Seatle, but I'm not sure. Do you believe this was actually people just living their lives or they were acting a little for the cameras? Would you go to do something like that? I would NEVER do a show like that!

There is one going on right now...I can't remember where it is being filmed. I tried to watch the first few episodes, but maybe I'm outgrowing this show? It seemed very trivial.

It is still going on and the last time I checked they was showing the Denver season last fall.

Last wekend they started to show it again, and this time is from Denver. I like to watch because I enjoy the house! The stuff their production department does is amazing. I'd love to live in a house like that, but not with that many people.

I loved the very first season of Real World that was in NYC. It was such a new idea, and I found it fascinating. Plus, I just think they truly were "real". Now, I think that the people who try out are just trying to get on TV. They choose such "big" personalities, and it seems more like a staged TV show than actual real life.
I am still interested in what happened to the people on the very first Real World.

I like the first season of Real World too and I can't believed that the first season cast are approaching in their 40s very soon, and time does fly.

I love that show... I dunno though. I think it's a little bit of both. I think the people that go on that show is all a little crazy... so in a way they are being themselves and maybe periodically they might notice the cam and do a little extra acting out.

Anyone Watch the The Challenge Real Worlders vs. the Road Rulers I dunno sometimes I think they need to let the people from Real World back in the 90s and stuff go... the one guy was bout to throw his back out. Like I know he probably need the money and all but he needs to give it up.
