Firefox Problem

I seem to have messed something up with Firefox, and I don't know how to fix it. There's a big white bar that appares just above my tabs, and below my search bar.



Any idea how to fix this? I can't just arrow it up.

Try to reset your preferences, maybe that will make it disappear and then set it up the way you want it. I can't think of any other solution.

Right click the top bar and see if there is an extra toolbar being added for some reason.

This is probably a stupid question - Did you close the browser or restart your computer? Something my Firefox browser will ass a blank toolbar strip to the top, but if I shut down the browser (or something my whole computer) it's fixed when I bring it back up.

I can't right click, and I've tried restarting Firefox as well as my computer.

why cant you right click?

Hmmm, perhaps you have to uninstall Firefox and then reinstall it?

Create a new profile. Start > Run ... "firefox.exe -profilemanager"

Create a new profile and use it to see if that fixes the problem. If so, select it and then check don't ask for profile.
