Paper clip Bending

Has anyone ever been able to bend a paper clip back to its original exact position... i think its impossible, or at least requires a lot of skill and patience because its ridiculously hard.

I tried once, but it was never the same. It lost its functionality, and it could never "clip" things together anymore. So, I just never tried that again. But I've seen interesting things done with clips.

It isn't impossible... just really hard.

Are paper clips cast in the shape they are usually seen in or bent that way?

My dad could bend a beer bottle cap in two using his thumb and index finger only. Dad had a hell of a grip.
