idk i want too learn how to code and program and stuff but im not sure what kind of languege to start with any sugestions?

Java is pretty easy to learn and it is cross platform as well.

C or C++ is also good.

yeah i tried c++ but that was a while ago, i may have more of a mental capacity now ill give java a shot

Which of the 3 is the easiest to create,use, and modify?

HTML, JAVA, PHP, Visual Basic, BASIC, DarkBASIC are all good compiling languages to start with. They are all fairly logical and easy to use. They're a really good framework to see and understand what goes into programming. They demand a lot less work and planning than other languages, in my opinion. I've tried to teach myself more difficult languages like C++ and what not, but I'll wait until next year for college to help me wrap my head around those ideas.

HTML is a markup 'language' or basically a document format.

PHP is a good choice for a programming language, but you should start with a language that has strong type support before venturing into PHP.

Stay away from Basic.

JAVA is pretty cool. I'm going to learn Java soon myself.

Why don't you like basic? Besides the fact that it's only capable of creating useless programs and isn't similar to more advanced languages....Oh. Never mind. I see now. :-P
