Stuck in rommon on a 2600 router

Can any body help, I Need some help ASAp
I tryed to use xmodem to get a new image into flash
some how I lost my flash
now all I get is unreadable charachtures on the console screen????????

Do a "write erase" on it which will clear the config and then restart the router.
