Replays on Brawl. Cannot transfer to Computer?! WTF?

So im digging around for the whole Replay thing with Brawl, its awesome, it epic...
Then you get down to the core things... the thing you want to cry about.

Only three minute replays...
Then, you cannot bring them to your PC
THEN you can only send them to people on the WII
THEN You have to use Wii points, which cost money, to send them...

So im curious, does anyone know any software that can change the format of the file?

It costs money to send them? That's bull if it is true.

Yeah it costs Wii points. :/ Which is fucking retarded as hell.
I found a way around it to hook my wii up to my PC and record it from there.
but a HUGE problem is the FPS is all messed up, so watching the recording the brawl characters start to shake and get distorted.
