What is it with anime characters and their arms?

Okay, we get that.

Tousen did not chop off Grimjow's arm for no reason, he disobeyed Aizen's orders that alone is enough reason to punish Grimjow or any espada. I'm guessing with anime characters they exhibit their power through the use of the arms so getting that destroyed makes them weak or just useless. I seem to recall Luppi getting served in a non arm related incident though

yeah but I guess its normal I mean if theyre always fighting someone has to at least break an arm or something hahaha now if they had their heads chopped off that woulddd b something hehehe...just in case ure thinking..no im notttt evil haha
