There is no way in hell that they will name the next Microsoft console the Xbox 720. That screams unoriginality. But I guess if it happens, it would be okay considering we have the PS1,2 and 3. I just doubt it will be called the 720. I however have no doubt that they will still red ring.

I would be surprised if Microsoft even had another console, and amazed if they were dumb enough to call it "720".

There will be new consoles eventually (unless the PC can come back as it really should).

Microsoft will probably have to drop a number on the next console, but keep the "X" in the name.

Something like XSphere or something as stupid.

Remember they called the Xbox 360 because of the PS3. Marketing said no one would buy an Xbox 2 over a PS3. So they put a "3" in the name.

2014 is going to be a good year. More content, more streamlining. Be a part of history!
