Firewall/Virus Scan

Just wondering what virus scanners and firewalls you guys use, and what you think works best.

For a firewall, I just use my router. I'm not worried about stuff going outbound (like tojans). For a virus scanner, I use AVG (http://www.grisoft.com). The free one.
