The actual article is worse. They cops convinced the kid to confess and taught him to look convincing on the video. That's messed up.

Actually, it seems more like the cops allegedly coerced the kid into confessing. I'm always weary when people say that because most people know that cops have done tactics like that before, so it's easy to believe it when a kid says the police told them to (I've noticed a LOT a people do not trust the police, many would jump at the chance to apply fault to them). I don't know, I'm just not ready to believe the kid that the officers not only told him to lie, but coached him on it? Suddenly the cops are acting coaches? And what do they gain for having the kid lie and the real killer going free?
