Now... I don't think I would be able to remember a thing. However, in my 'past life', I played both guitar and flute. I played guitar for 7 years and flute for 6. I loved both, but didn't pursue it once I graduated from college.
I play guitar, keyboards and drums, although I haven't played in such a long time, I think I might need a couple of days of practice to get back to how i was! I love to sing, and everytime we find a karaoke place, we go just to have fun.
I've been wanting a keytar for awhile, since I saw the shim from Le Tigre playing it at a Peaches show, then my friends (the band Rocket) had one and made me want one even more.
Every once in awhile I tinker with a keyboard, best one I know how to use but I pretty much suck.
I can play piano and (to a far, far lesser extent) bass guitar.
I can, however, sing quite well.
Michael: Jodie, how's my schedule look for today? Jodie: You've got a conference and dinner party at the Japanese Embassy regarding wildlife protection. Michael: Oh, yeah...sorry, but I'll have to cancel that. I'm heading out to save America!
I only play Guitar and sing now, but over my lifetime?
Trumpet
Drums
Guitar
Piano
Sing
Clarinet
Trombone
I don't play anything anymore really, but I still remember how to play guitar as well as I did when I actually played it.
I just realized that if I went over everything I've ever played in my lifetime, it'd be a pretty long and unusual list. I'm more upset with myself that I didn't pick up on any of them and probably couldn't play worth a lick now!
At least some of you keep playing. I haven't play in such a long time, I only touch my guitar case to clean it from dust! But I need to have a motivation, and right now... it doesn't exist!
I have a keyboard collecting dust and pollen! Shame on me! I think if I am not too tired from work today I will play on it a little, or tomorrow when I have a day off and nothing to do!
