Programming software

If you do any kind of programming, what software do you use?

I use Visual Studio.NET mainly, and sometimes Dev-C++.

( emacs is the text editor, gcc is the C/C++ compiler, python is the scripting language, amarok is a media player )
But I must say that Microsoft's VS is a really good IDE, I haven't done c# or vb in ages tho.

Now, I use vi(m) if I'm running Linux.

Other than that... Textpad.

Visual Studio's Intellisense is very nice, and helps a lot if you often forget functions' names The only drawback is requiring the .NET framework to be installed on the user's computers.
