Like you can't pm people on the first day and you need at least 10 posts to get like regular member privileges which is fair enough but like you can do so much with the rps. THEY HAVE TABS GREGORY! TABS! Like instead of just clogging up the rp with character sheets, rules, out of character talk and like the basic description of the rp you have tabs for each of those things you can just click through super easily!

It's so much easier than here too like I can walk you through it super easy if you do somehow get confused and there's as of writing this 583 members online on there right now and that's not including guests or robots! And there's 1 on 1 rp threads and interest checks and there's even like d&d style rp threads where you use dice and stuff!

Shit, I just came on by chance because I was feeling nostalgic && I wanted to cringe @ myself && my writing... Hi Saff! I know we don't talk much any more but I miss you <3 && hello Gregory !! Long time, no speak. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one still into RPing. Thought I'd be over it by now, but apparently not. I really miss forum RPing, though.

Hello Maria! I missed you too! But yeah Gregory and I are both now on the rp site I mentioned and I fully recommend it! It's good old forum rping! And I think most of us thought we would be but there's something brilliant about crafting stories and worlds together with other people I think.

I actually used to be on it a long time ago. I've drifted around from forum to forum && never really found one that I could stick to, save for this one. It looks very different now, though. Like a LOT better. I will definitely have a look about signing up again. I've gotten used to independent Tumblr RPing now && I'm juggling a few blogs && it's really great but very much character-driven rather than plot-driven && involves far more individual thinking. I think you're right tbh. I miss the collaborational quality in creating plots && worlds that comes with forum RPing. It'd be nice to have a good, healthy balance of both character-development && plot creation <3 && I think I'd feel more inclined to stay with people I know on the site, && I can always do with more practice with writing (I'm doing Creative Writing w/ my English degree && I'm also working on an individual project which requires a high level of world-building !!). I think I'll be like 30 before I stop RPing lmao.

It's a lot nicer I think now that Gregory has joined because I don't feel as lost, like I always have at least one person I can count on to join my rp which is what I missed from here the most I think like rping on tumblr and other forum places is all well and good but because we had such a small community here everyone saw everyone's rp's and joined as many as they could all while collaborating with other people to make more! I adore story writing and my games dev course made me realize that more and a big part of why I think I love it so much is because of the rping I did from like the age of 11 all the way up till now.

S a me about the everyone joining everyone's RP like bigger sites are so daunting in comparison because you need to work to get noticed at all. Yeah I can't get enough of story-writing and just being creative there's like gears going in on my head && I need somewhere to like vent messily. I joined && follow you both, btw. Just gonna figure out how to navigate.

I saw! Navigation is pretty easy tbh like it looks complicated but it's really not. Also there is a search engine on this site! And it searches from most recent to least aswell! But yeah I have a lot of stories for games in my head man and I had to really chop my final major project up because I was getting so invested in it and just writing so much for it. I had 8 pages for a script for a single level that never got put into any game.

It seems ok there's just... a lot. How did your course go in the end? Do you have your results?

Yeah I got a ddm but tbh we had no teacher during the last six months or so of our course and had to keep moving rooms so I'm just grateful I passed the course really. So much bullshitting though oh my god like I don't even know what half the stuff I wrote meant but it got me my grades! How was yours?

Is that 2 distinctions && a merit?? Anyway, well done!! Yeah, I did ok. I got into my first choice ( a certain someone else also got into the same uni as me, though she's on a completely different course so I doubt we'll interact much ) even though I just missed the entrance grades so I'm chuffed. I was supposed to get AAB, but I ended up with an A* in English && then Bs in History && Biology not bad. I'm moving out of my house in just over a week for freshers.

You living on campus then? Also I've no idea what it means seeing as I got four distinction units and the rest as merits. Also who is that certain someone else? I have like two ideas on who it could be.

Well, I'm in private accommodation about 20 mins walk from the uni (it's cheaper than on campus), but I am leaving home. && a certain "royal fruit" who is going to study HTML && the like, if you catch my drift.
