The RIAA is suing XM on the basis that stuff can be TIMESHIFTED on a device made by XM. Hmm? »http://www.aselabs.com/articles.php?id=190

Timeshifting is LEGAL. Why doesn't the RIAA sue every radio station in America? Ohh, they are bought, that's why. The RIAA is trying to force XM into paying some stupid royalty fee.
